I’m having trouble signing into my Sensi account?
Accessing Sensi remotely
There are two ways to control your Sensi thermostat remotely:
- The free Sensi app
- Sensi Multiple Thermostat Manager - The paid subscription service for commercial customers.
As a Sensi customer, you always have access to the free Sensi app to control your thermostat. If you want to control your thermostats from Sensi Manager, you must sign up and provide credit card information. If you did not sign up for Sensi Manager, you will not be able to sign in on the website, and need to sign in on the Sensi app.
Sensi Manager is only available through a web browser and is the only web access to Sensi. If you are both a Sensi app and Sensi Manager user, we recommend only using one service or the other to control your thermostats, not both, as they can conflict with each other.
Wrong email address or password
Make sure you are using the most recent temporary password to sign into the Sensi app. If you see wrong email address or password when trying to sign into Sensi Manager, most likely you have not signed up for the paid service, and only have access to the free Sensi app. Try signing into the Sensi app with the temporary password instead.
